If you're thinking "But I like avocado..." I have  for you a solution.  What I like best about this recipe is that it is very adatable.  I can be followed as is or be used as a good baseline for how to make an avocado dip.  If you come up with any interesting add-ons please comment below!

So taking advantage of the moment I decided to come up with an Avacado & Feta Dip.  When I first suggested the idea a friend of ours said that they did not like avocado- no worries!  I guarantee you can't taste the avocado, it adds an nice creamy quality to the dip without overpowering it with avocado.

Efrain here and boy do I have a treat for y'all!  Something you should know is that I like dip; I like dip at parties, cheese dip at sports games and chocolate dip if I'm out at a nice restaurant.  I was talking to Kiley not too long ago and I told her how I wanted a snack, but I didn't feel like opening a box Cheese-Its!  This avocado and feta dip is great, being smooth and creamy and tasting perfect with paired with some salty chips!

Avocado & Feta Dip

Avocado & Feta Dip

Serves: As many people as you want to share it with! (4 comfortably)

Ingredients

1 medium avocado

4 oz of feta cheese

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor, or blender either will work (make sure you only put in the avocado flesh and not the whole avocado!)

2. Turn on food processor/blender and begin to mix ingredients, you may have to stop the machine and push the ingredients towards the bottom to ensure that all of the ingredients are being mixed.

3. When a creamy consistency is achieved you are ready to serve.

4. Serve with a salty chip, such as Tostitos Scoops.

Personal Notes

-Add more or less feta/avocado depending on how much of a fan you are of feta/avocado you are

-You can serve with either chips or cucumber slices
